There was another name that died mysteriously on the same day as Bortsov! It was State Duma Deputy Dzhasharbek Uzdenov! Uzdenov died at the age of 57.
No reason was given for Bortsov’s death. The death of Bortsov and Uzdenov was not the first! At least 40 Russian oligarchs had died under suspicious circumstances before!
Bortsov was affected by sanctions imposed by the US and other Western countries in connection with Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
