Yevgeni Prigozhin, the boss of the Wagner Group, fearing a major offensive by the Ukrainian army, is withdrawing his fighters from Bakhmut! Prigozhin has given Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu 24 hours to provide ammunition to the Wagner Group fighters!
Faced with an unexpected defense on Ukrainian territory, Russian leader Putin relied on the Wagner Group, owned by his close friend Yevgeni Prigozhin, on many fronts due to the insufficiency of his army! He assigned Wagner Group fighters to many critical points, including Bakhmut! The fact that the Wagner Group lost a large number of soldiers in the face of the heroic soldiers of the Ukrainian army has driven a wedge between Putin and Prigozhin! Prigozhin, who constantly argued with Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shouigu, lost thousands of soldiers due to a lack of ammunition! Prigozhin said that the responsibility for this was the Russian army that did not give them ammunition!
Prigozhin, who recently said that the Wagner Group will soon be history, no longer has the strength to fight! Wagner Group boss Prigozhin gave Sergei Shouigu an ultimatum! Prigozhin said that the Wagner Group fighters must be supplied with ammunition within 24 hours, otherwise, they will withdraw from Bakhmut!
Ukrainian Interior Minister Anton Gerashchenko posted a video of Prigozhin on his social media account!
Gerashchenko said: “Prigozhin gave Shoigu an ultimatum – if Wagner PMC doesn’t receive ammunition, it will leave Bakhmut. He gave Shoigu 24 hours to make that happen. And they ran out yesterday.”
Wagner Group boss Prigozhin, who has previously called on Putin to end the war in Ukraine, is known to be close to the Russian opposition party. Expecting Russia to fail in Ukraine, Prigozhin expects to play a role in Russian politics after Putin!
What do you think about the ultimatum given by Wagner Group Boss Prigozhin to Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shouigu? Do you think Wagner Group will completely withdraw from Bakhmut?
