Ukraine, which continues to prepare for a major operation to liberate all its territories, including Crimea, from Russian occupation, continues its struggle in Bakhmut. Contrary to the lies of the occupiers, the “road of life” between Chasiv Yar and Bakhmut was not captured! Thanks to the Ukrainian Special Forces soldiers, the delivery of food, medicine, weapons, and other necessary supplies for the army and civilians continues through this road.
The Russian invaders endeavor to continue the occupation attempt from Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Maryinka, and Lyman districts! The fiercest clashes between Ukraine and Russia are undoubtedly taking place in Bakhmut’te in Donetsk Oblast. Russia, which aims to seize the city and advance the occupation, makes statements that it has seized the “life route” between Chasiv Yar and Bakhmut. However, these statements do not reflect the truth! The “lifeline” continues to be the lifeline for the army and civilians.
Serhii Cherevatyi, the spokesman for the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, made a statement about the ongoing clashes in Bakhmut. Cherevatyi said that the Russian invaders are far from capturing the lifeline. Cherevatyi said that the life road, through which food, medicine, weapons, and other necessary supplies for the army and civilians are delivered, was successfully defended by Ukrainian Special Forces soldiers. Cherevatyi said:
“For several weeks now, Russians have been talking about seising the ‘road of life’, as well as about constant fire control over it. In fact, everything is different. Yes, it is indeed difficult there, because their attempts to seize the road continue, as well as as attempts to establish fire control. But, thanks to the servicemen from the Special Operations Forces, artillerymen, [Ukraine’s] Defence Forces do not allow Russians to ‘cut off’ our logistics,”
The Ukrainian army inflicts great casualties on the Russian invaders in Bakhmut with the traps it sets and the operations it carries out. Russia, which spends a lot of resources on small successes, suffers a large number of casualties.
What do you think about the struggle of the Ukrainian army in Bakhmut?
